[General
Hospital]
(Dillon walks up to Georgie next to her book cart)
Dillon: My mail cart at E.L.Q's better.
(Georgie laughs)
Georgie: Well that's because you're a corporate
raider and I'm a lowly volunteer. How was your first day?
Dillon: Um, boring.
Georgie: But you're going to keep working
there, right?
Dillon: What, as opposed to working for
Alcazar?
(Elevator door opens and Sonny, Carly and Jason walk off and up to the
nurses station)
Sonny: Excuse me. We're here to see Courtney
Matthews.
Doctor: Are you her family?
Carly: Yes.
Doctor: May I ask how you're related?
Carly: Sister, best friend, fiancee. What's
the problem?
Doctor: Courtney is being a little vague
about how she was injured.
Jason: Well, where is she?
Doctor: Well, we haven't ruled out domestic
violence.
Jason: You...you think I hit her?
Carly: That would never happen.
Doctor: I have reservations about sending
her home.
Carly: Listen, you can talk to Bobbie Spencer,
Alan or Monica Quartermaine. Jason did not hit Courtney.
Sonny: Hey, doctor, we need to see Courtney,
now.
(Doctor leads the way and Sonny, Carly and Jason follow)
Georgie: So you saw what happened with
Courtney?
Dillon: Well, kind of, no just like the
end of it. I mean, she was unconscious on the floor and there were two
guys standing on top of her and they had guns.
Georgie: Oh my God.
Dillon: And then...well, no...they said
that they had to wait to call their boss first before they could do
anything, so...
Georgie: Well, what did you do?
Dillon: What do you mean what did I do?
I wanted to help her, I wanted to...
Georgie: But, Dillon, they had guns!
Dillon: I know that. I know that they had
guns and...but I had to do something, so I figured Courtney had a few
minutes and so I went and got Jason.
Georgie: Instead of going to the police?
Dillon: Jason and Courtney are engaged,
ok? It didn't look like a mugging to me.
Georgie: Who, Dillon, this whole mob stuff
is starting to seem like second nature to you.
(Dillon's
leaning against the pole, drinking pop)
Dillon: So I went and told Jason what happened,
he told me to get out of their and I did. And then that's when Alcazar
showed up.
Georgie: At Jason's house?
Dillon: Actually, I'm starting to think
he had something to do with what happened
to Courtney, like it was some sort of warning or something, you know
what I mean?
(Georgie sees Alcazar)
Georgie: Ok, do not look
Dillon: What? Where?
Georgie: It's him! (Dillon looks) Hmm.
(Dillon and Georgie watch Carly and Lorenzo's conversation and when
Sonny walks up and sees Lorenzo)
[Docks]
(Georgie's eating M&M's while Dillon talks about Alcazar, not knowing
Alcazar's behind him)
Dillon: I'm never going to get over how
cool Alcazar was today. You know what I mean? I mean, like, he just
stared right through Sonny and Sonny stared right back at him and it
was like...it was like so cinematic you know what I mean? You almost
didn't even need the sound. (Alcazar quietly walks down the stairs)
The picture was enough. It was, like, the perfect showdown. It was awesome.
Georgie: Yeah, but...why? I mean, if Alcazar
knows Sonny would kill him...
Dillon: Because its a strategy, you know?
It's actually pretty smart if you think about it.
Lorenzo: Well I'm glad you approve.
(Dillon turns and sees Lorenzo)
Georgie: Um, we were just on our way out
because my dad, the police commissioner, is expecting us and he hates
crime.
(Dillon mouths "hates crime"
Lorenzo: I'll keep that in mind. May I?
(Takes some M&M's) Before I leave, would you elaborate on my strategy?
(Eats some M&M's)
Dillon: I was just talking.
Georgie: We didn't know you were listening.
Lorenzo: No, why was I at the hospital?
Just out of curiosity?
Dillon: Well, you know, to throw down with
Sonny in public that way if he threatens you, its like...it's like you
have a million witnesses.
Lorenzo: Actually I was there to visit
a sick friend. Sonny just happened to be there. (Takes more M&M's)
Dillon: Yeah, ok, yeah, sure, that makes
sense.
Lorenzo: So how's the new job working out?
Georgie: Dillon loves it, he's working
for his brother and keeping it all in the family.
Lorenzo: Good. Well, you're young, you
need to explore your options. Find out what you really want to do
Dillon: Is that what you did?
Lorenzo: In a sense. You kind of remind
me of myself.
Georgie: Great.
Lorenzo: I went to work for my brother,
too. It took me a long time to figure what I really want.
